Tomo Calendar is a local-first task and calendar management application with a virtual pet companion. The App does not require accounts, login, or cloud synchronization.

All user data created within the App is stored locally on your device.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, transmit, or process personal data from users of the App.

All information you create within the App—including but not limited to:

• Tasks
• Calendar entries
• Pet state and progress
• App settings and preferences

is stored only on your device. This data is never transmitted to the developer or any remote server.

Local Storage

Depending on the platform, the App stores data using local device storage:

• Mobile devices: SQLite database stored on the device
• Web version: Browser local storage

The developer of the App has no access to this information.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses limited third-party services for in-app purchase functionality.

RevenueCat

The App uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscription entitlements.

RevenueCat may collect and process:

• Anonymous purchase receipts
• Transaction history
• Subscription status information

This information is used solely to verify and manage your purchase entitlements.

RevenueCat does not receive access to your tasks, calendar data, pet data, or any content created in the App.

Platform App Stores

Purchases made in the App are processed through the platform providers:

• Google Play Store

These platforms may collect and process payment and transaction information according to their own privacy policies.

4. Permissions

The App requests only the following permission:

Purpose: To send reminders for tasks or events that you choose to schedule.

The App does not request access to:

• Camera
• Microphone
• Location
• Contacts
• Photos
• Files
• Any other sensitive device data

5. Data Storage and Security

All App data is stored locally on your device. Because no user data is transmitted to external servers, the security of that data depends on the security of your device and operating system.

6. Data Deletion

Because the App stores all information locally:

• Uninstalling the App will delete all associated data stored on your device.
• On the web version, clearing your browser’s local storage will remove all stored data.

The developer does not maintain copies of user data and cannot recover deleted information.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Because the App does not collect personal data, it is designed to minimize privacy risks for users of all ages. If future versions of the App introduce features that collect or process user data, this policy will be updated accordingly.
